Prof. Dr. Claudia Buengeler has held the Chair of Human Resources and Organization at the Institute for Business Administration at the University of Kiel since 2017. Her research in leadership and teamwork is published in leading international journals.
Prof. Dr. Using current studies, Buengeler showed which factors fuel the stress in the New Normal and how to counter them skillfully.

7th Special-Pharma-LOT®-Forum - book presentation & ask the expert (12/2021)

We celebrated our 7th Pharma-LOT Forum with a special. We presented our new book "Omnichannel im Pharma-Vertrieb". The guests had the opportunity to hear a line or two from the book personally from our authors before the publication date, to receive practical quick wins and to win one of three copies. 6th Pharma-LOT® Forum: Nudging: How can human behavior be influenced by unconscious stimuli? (10/2021)

Professor Olaf Kramer
is a professor for rhetoric and knowledge communication in Tübingen and one of the editors of the Science Notes magazine. Using many practical examples, he explained to us how nudging works automatically in everyday life. A nudge causes a change in behavior that works voluntarily and economic incentives.

5th Pharma-LOT® Forum: When customer brains really buy (07/2021)

Prof. Juergen Gallinat
is a neuroscientist and director of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf. He presented us in a very appealing manner the interaction of selected brain areas that are involved in positive and negative decision-making. Neuroscience makes it possible to support a positive decision.

4th Pharma-LOT® Forum: Voice as a success factor – more competence in leadership (05/2021)

Fredrik Beyer
(Professional speaker and singer), gave a little insight into how changeable the voice can be. He then carried out practical exercises with the participants under supervision, in which everyone could hear an immediate effect of their own voice. Many thanks to all participants of the forum and active participation in the exercises.


3rd Pharma-LOT® Forum: Loyalty Management in the Digital Space (03/2021)

Prof. Dr. Klaus Dehner
(Managing Director of the Institute for BioLogics, Professor at the International University of Cooperative Education in Heidelberg), gave an emphatic lecture on the subject of attachment management. Arne Henseler (mimic resonance trainer) used many practical examples to show us what our facial expressions say about us.

Prof. Dr. Volker Busch (neuroscientist, specialist in neurology, psychiatry, etc.) gave an inspiring lecture with many clear examples on the subject of "change & brain-friendly employee motivation". James Miller (change expert) then guided us through the active exchange.

The inspiring Tina Meier as the keynote spoke vividly about her experiences and the mental strength required at the toughest off-road motorcycle race in the world: the DAKAR.
